Both VW and Audi use Haldex AND Torsen systems. Haldex is present on transverse engines - Golf, TT, A3, while Quattro is used on longitudinal engined cars - Passat, A4, A6, etc. To answer the OP's question - the B6 A4 is a 50/50 torque split Torsen system, IIRC the B8 is 40/60 rear-biased.
